Girl Guides have a long history in Burnaby and New Westminster
2005 is the 95th birthday of Guiding in Canada and Burnaby Royal celebrated with a Picnic in the Park on June 18, 2005.
The Burnaby Royal Archivist put on a wonderful display for the public at the Kingsway Library this summer (2005) using the heritage uniforms. These uniforms are available for Burnaby Royal events.
